Keith and LaQueta Paul entered into full time ministry in 1973. The Lord used them in the pastoral setting for a number of years. They have served in four full-gospel churches in Ontario and Alberta,Canada. They have served in Chaplaincy ministry at a Christian maternity home bringing restoration to many broken lives. They hosted and co-produced a television outreach that was viewed through-out North America. Two years of on-air phone ministry to callers gave sensitivity to human needs and to the heart of the Savior. In addition, the Lord has given the opportunity to host on-air radio ministry. God has allowed them to minister in several countries overseas. Many have been saved, healed and blessed. They recently returned from a two year term ministering the love of Jesus to the poor, the orphans and those desperate for His Presence in Mozambique, Africa under the leadership of Heidi and Rolland Baker.
Their current preaching and prayer ministry brings evidence of the psower ministry gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit around the altars as people are lead into the fullness of God's renewal.

Heart of the King - Prophetic Focus for 2011 and beyond - Keith Paul
There is a growing restlessness impacting Believers in this season. Men and women are hungry for the reality of God in their lives. This hunger is a gift of grace from the Holy Spirit as He prepares the Church of Christ for the last day movements of God before His Son returns. I intentionally use the term “last day movements of God” because His work will come in increments or waves. This hunger is focused on knowing the heart of our Majestic King Jesus to the extent that we feel His joy, His compassion, His mercy and His sorrow. Knowing these attributes on a spiritual, rationale and emotional level will set the stage for His greater glory being poured out. This hunger is also focused on demonstrating the attributes of His heart before the nations. God will not only saturate His people with His Presence but will cause them to become Carriers of His Presence to impact nations. This will bring the fulfillment of His promise to flood the earth with the knowledge of His glory even as the waters cover the sea. (Hab. 2:14)
From a prophetic perspective this is what I see in the coming plans of God beginning in 2011 and beyond. There will be great last day movements that will rapidly move the Church forward in Divine increments into a spiritual maturity. This maturity level will enable it to achieve the mandate of 1 Corinthians 13:13- “Now these three remain, faith, hope and love; but the greatest of these is love.” As these Divine increments unfold, the Church will see the complete restoration of all the ministry offices of (Ephesians 4:11) namely, the Apostles, Evangelists, the Prophets, Shepherds and Teachers. Man has already appointed and recognized these offices but God will continue to position these officers in a much more prominent way as He completely establishes Divine order. His Kingdom operates through these officers as they equip the saints for the work of His Kingdom. This will occur in the coming season. When these offices are fully operating in God given authority with miraculous power and demonstrating the attributes of His heart; it is then that the Church will begin to function in Christ like faith, Christ like hope and Christ like love. This is where God will take us as He fulfills His written Word. He has already decreed it. We need to recognize the incremental steps that lead us into what He has declared.
There is a measure or foreshadowing of this already in place, of course. However, there is coming a day when there will be such a profound Presence of the Lord residing in His people that His people do fulfill the faith, hope and love commission. Faith that will truly move man made and or demonic mountains, to bring them into alignment and submission to the mountain of God. Hope will rise within the Church to the same degree as God's hope for His creation. Divine hope within His people that looks through the eyes of God and sees His plans coming forth out of the most darkened conditions. Love expressed on a God like level, that is so genuine, pure and dynamic that it will bring multitudes to Him. This is not evident in the Church yet, but it is coming; for God is accelerating His work as He prepares the Church for greater measures of His Presence.Will there be dark conditions in 2011? Yes, there is the potential for dark days for individuals, cities and nations in 2011, but people abiding in Him will find God to be their refuge and help in the dark hours. He is a Lamp that will shed Light on everyone who turns to Him. Take courage in His promise and find shelter in Him. You will be triumphant in Him. Pray for God's grace to carry you through the shaking of the world's systems of financial, economic and regional security. Do not allow yourself to become preoccupied with rumors of wars and other international crisis. Keep focused on God and His Word.
How can you or I position our selves for greater levels of Divine Presence? The answer is to die to self and yield to the Holy Spirit. If we make that choice at the most fundamental level of our surrendered life to Him, He will take care of the rest. He is searching for candidates now whom He can use to demonstrate His Presence through; but on the level we have presented above. This is a priority with God in this hour. If you lack motivation and hunger for more, then ask Him to impart desperate hunger into your life. This gift of hunger will cause you to focus in upon Him, spend time with Him, abide in Him and walk with Him. There is a level of God likeness that is beyond our reach and all our efforts, of course. However, I believe that what I have seen in my spirit is a glimpse of what God intends to do with His people in the coming days. He has chosen you. He delights in you. He wants to take you into encounters with Him so that you become totally saturated with His Presence. He really, really does want this so do not settle for anything less than His level of purpose for you. You may never be called to be an apostle, evangelist, prophet, shepherd or teacher. Perhaps you will, only God knows His exact purpose for you. However, He does offer you regardless of your occupation the fullness of His Presence. Ask the Holy Spirit to take you deeper in and higher up. Ask Him to cause you to rise up on the wings of the eagle of Isaiah 40:31 “but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
The Holy Spirit can pour out such grace over you that you are enabled to run into the depths of God and be transformed. While in His Presence you will be empowered to walk forward carrying His Presence, reflecting the heart of our King.

To Those Who Overcome - LaQueta Paul
Does anyone feel like an over-comer? Or perhaps you have a list of the things you feel are overcoming you. Are there things, both in the natural realm and in the Spirit ,that you've fought long, repeated battles with and still seem to see no victory? What are we really up against? Is there another perspective?
Our world has changed rapidly over the last few decades, bringing with it more stress than our emotions were designed to handle. Consider your life today in contrast to your parents or your grandparents. With the exception of the World Wars, they lived in relative peace and security by comparison. Yes, there was always a war being fought somewhere or a natural disaster. But these things seemed to work themselves out - the radio, television and newspapers reporting them almost after the fact.
By contrast, today all one needs to do is sign out of an email account to be immediately bombarded with countless reports of human suffering, tragedy and terror. No longer just the printed page or random photos, now the live coverage by video takes us there as it happens. We stand on the deck of a ship, watching as soldiers are dropped in by helicopter and a battle ensues. We fear how this will affect the "global community". We are air-lifted to Haiti where we look into the eyes of ragged children crying for help. And closer to home, we stand on the gulf shores watching rescuers clean sea birds, helplessly enshrouded in oil. Looking out over the waves, we count the remaining weeks till hurricane season and wonder what the results will be.
We are human beings, created with emotions. We actually participate in these things by proxy and we are affected. It is not my purpose here to solve the world's problems but to ask this question. Could your grandparents have survived in the stress of today's world? If you are still fighting, if you have not given up in despair, if you have not been taken out by the evil one - the very fact that you are still standing qualifies you as an over-comer! You are stronger than you know. The enemy is aware of this as well. Hence, the battle! "Having done all to stand, stand therefore ... with the whole armor of God." (Eph. 6:13)
This truth alone brings great encouragement. Yet it is not to suggest that we are merely standing as survivors. I have no interest in simply surviving here. My mission, as is yours, is to bring His Kingdom to this earth. This is the prayer of Jesus and it will definitely be answered ... through His sons and daughters.
"The day is coming, and now is." It is the time of the end. The last great battle has begun. The Lord spoke something to me years ago that shocked me. He said "You will either be My soldier in the last battle or you will be defeated and captured by the enemy. There is no longer any middle ground." Do not be frightened by this, but resolute. You have made it much farther than you think. Your whole life has been training for this hour. Every trial, every trauma you have come through has secretly strengthened you. All of Heaven is watching this battle unfold and cheering us on. Angels, reserved for this hour, have now been released to fight with us. The victory has already been determined by the Lord of Hosts.
The only way to win this battle now is from the air. The Air Force always has advantage over the ground troops. And in the Spirit, we can fly. We were created from the dust of this earth and the very breath of Heaven. We were always meant to be creatures of both realms, able to come and go freely. The open door of Revelation 4 is still open and the invitation from the Lord is the same, "Come up here!" He is the Door. He is Jacob's ladder that bridges both realms. He is the Way.
Going into Heavenly realms with the Lord is not just for the spiritual giants like Paul and Enoch. It is also not a New Age concept. (Studying the following scriptures may bring revelation to those unfamiliar with this subject...John 17:16,24, II Cor. 12:2, Eph. 2:6, II Pet. 1:4, Heb. 4:16) It is not optional or 'icing on the cake', and it is not an escape mentality. It is vital to our very survival and key to being over-comers in this present battle.
While learning how to ascend in this manner, another one of the shocking truths the Lord shared with me was this: "If you only live here in this natural realm, you will also die here!" The enemy seeks to trap us in Second Heaven warfare where he forces us into hand-to-hand combat and we lose perspective of the larger battle plan. By ascending into the Third Heaven with the Lord we gain His perspective. This is also where we find the "hidden manna" for those who overcome. (Rev. 2:17) This revelation has been reserved until the time of the end for us to uncover. He wants us to find it! Included in this end-time revelation will be battle strategies, creative ideas for gaining wealth, answers for global problems and national disasters, as well as unlocking aspects of the very nature of God Himself. Look now and see the warriors returning from above. They are clothed in shining armor and carry the wisdom of God for this present hour. You are called to be one of them.
Are you among the vast number who have been wounded in the battle? Heaven views things from a very different perspective than we do. To be wounded in the battle is a great honor, resulting in great reward. Your battle scars testify of your willingness to fight bravely. There is healing in His wings now for the wounded and weary. Christ comes as the Great White Eagle. Climb up onto His back and fly away until your own broken wings are mended. As you rise up into the Heavens with Him, He will strengthen and heal you.
So take heart in the battle. You are an over-comer! You are stronger than you thought. The Lord sees the sacrifices you have made to follow Him. He sees the loneliness. He sees your heart and your will to obey. And the Father who sees secretly will reward you openly. (Mt. 6:4) Your name will be added to the list in Hebrews chapter 11. The great cloud of witnesses know you and count you among their number. That's who you are and that's why you're still here. You are an over-comer!
Rev. 2:17 (Greek meaning from Strong's in parenthesis.) "To him that overcometh will I give ... a white stone (by implication of use as a counter or ballot, a verdict of acquittal or ticket of admission, a vote, a voice) and in the stone a new name written (a new, fresh authority, character) which no man knoweth except he that receiveth it.

Stand by Me - Keith Paul
Stand By Me
God wants you to know His power; but more so, to receive the knowledge of Who He is.
To me, Moses is one of the most interesting men of the Bible. There are many others that capture my attention, of course. People who were inspired by God, anointed by God and who became carriers of His Presence. Moses was a history maker. What a journey through life. He had the mercy and favor of God resting upon him as an infant all the way into eternity.
After seeing God's power manifested in incredible measure coming out of Egypt, then ascending into the Shekinah Presence of God on a mountain that shook with God's power, he asks to see His Glory. You see, Moses wanted to know God. The power of God, the anointing, the signs and wonders and the miracles will not satisfy the inner longing of your spirit to become one with God.
In Exodus 33:18 Moses asks “Show me your Glory.” So God brings Moses into revelation.
What is the Glory of God? God gives us the most precise description of what His glory is in this scripture passage. Many today speak of the Glory of God. To some it is that visible cloud or vapor that may come into a meeting. Others will have experiences with God or a vision or a prophetic encounter and proclaim it as the glory of God. These testimonies are all wonderful. People do experience the Glory of God to some degree. God responds to the request of Moses with this declaration.
In Exodus 33:19 we read “ And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and will proclaim the name of Jehovah before thee; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.”
Notice, the Glory of God is His goodness and His attributes. This is how God defines His Glory. This level of His Glory can only be revealed when He alone releases it. Whenever, a human receives a measure of God's revelation and tries to express that revelation, it immediately is reduced because of being filtered through that person.
Notice the invitation given to Moses. God says, “there is a place by Me.” That is where I want to be. I want to stand in that place by Him. When I stand upon the Rock, Christ Jesus I am positioned in Him.
We read in Exodus 33:21 “And Jehovah said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon the rock.” (Jesus):
Remember; we all sinned and fell short of the glory of God., but Jesus Christ has brought us back into the glory realm. The same invitation given to Moses to “stand by Me” is still being offered to you and I today.
Notice the following scriptures:
In Colossians 1:26 we read, “ the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to his saints.
Colossians 1:27 To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. “
Now is the season of the Holy Spirit. If you are a born again Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ then He has given you the promise and the invitation. That invitation is to come and “stand by Him.” The Third Member of the Trinity has come to live within you and He will bring revelation of the Father and of the Son to you. Let me say, that now is the time to ask for further revelation of His glory. Power in itself will not satisfy you. Only knowledge of Him will bring fulfilment.
Early in ministry, I sought diligently for the anointing and the power ministry gifts. God honored that request. I began to experience His anointing, see miracles, see healing and people delivered from demons. Momentarily, I would be thrilled by those demonstrations of God's power and mercy. However, after the meetings I would find myself at home empty inside. The immediate joy and thrill of seeing God work soon faded. I soon realized that learning about and entering into the anointing could never satisfy, if that is all I wanted. I was propelled by hunger to pursue God not for power or manifestations but to know Him and to have relationship with Him on a much deeper level. Every Believer knows that, but I had to experience the difference. Intimate spiritual relationship will produce the fruits. It must be in that order. When God invited Moses to come and “stand by Me” it meant relationship. God is not looking for servants only, He is looking for companions who have a relationship based on love. When that is in place serving Him comes out of that love.
In June 2009 I entered into a vision. I looked up into the heavenly realms and saw the Angels of His Presence swirling and flying in and out of the tangible Presence of God. God was manifested to me as a shining, brilliant, radiant cloud, Each time the Angels passed through His Presence.. they discovered something new about God and they would praise Him. The Holy Spirit asked me.. “do you see what those Angels are doing?”.. I said “yes”. He said, “The Angels of the Presence have been doing that since the day they were created and they are still discovering new things about Us. They will continue that through all eternity and never end discovering something new about Us.”
God is eternal. His immenseness is eternal. I wept when I saw and heard what the Holy Spirit revealed and said to me that day. I long to know God, to be immersed into Him and to press myself against His heart. You have that hunger also. It is in your spiritual DNA. You are destined for that kind of knowledge and relationship. Pursue Him with all your heart. He is your Reward.
As I conclude this article I impart the following prophetic declaration over you:
I release the goodness of God over your life now. May the revelation of who God is, come to you. May your eyes and ears be opened. May visions, dreams and prophetic encounters come into your life. May the Angels of revelation come to you and minister to you. May you experience His attributes in very tangible ways. May you feel His power and walk in it. May you know His joy and His sorrow. May you know His mind and His heart. May you be moved by His mercy and compassion. May your heart drip with the goodness of the Lord. May you be a carrier of His Presence to the extent that others encounter the reality of Jesus in you. May you be saturated with His Glory. I say Amen and may it be established.
You and I can be touched by that glory. We can receive that glory. “Stand by Me,” says the Lord.

Opening the Prophetic and Angelic Realm.
One powerful dimension that the Holy Spirit is releasing through prophecy now is prophetic music. If you are a musician, a worship leader or in leadership you need to understand the dynamics of this powerful release occurring in the prophetic realm. This release of power happens corporately and it also can happen in the secrecy of your bed room in the Presence of God. Read this article, if you want to release Prophetic Music to open the Angelic Realm.
Let me issue a caution here. God is God and worthy of praise. Holy Angels will not receive your worship or entertain you with their power. Fallen Angels will do this and often entrap those who solicit their power or access their dark realm. Let me proceed then with you into this dynamic work of the Holy Spirit.
God has created music for the expression of the soul and spirit. Music can be used for many purposes both good or evil, as it serves as a medium of communication. In the specific areas of worship and praise, music and its lyrics have a dynamic role to play in our relationship with God. The Holy Spirit continues to inspire song writers and musicians with thousands of new songs for God's people to express their adoration before Him. Music and its lyrics can be sung in the language of the worshippers or it can be song in the language that the Holy Spirit releases. One can be just as inspired as the other. However, singing in the language of the Holy Spirit will often open a supernatural portal through which the Prophetic and Angelic Realm can be released. Let's talk about this.
Singing under the influence of the Holy Spirit in an unknown language is a very powerful expression. It by passes the mind, traditions and rituals. It connects your inner spirit with the Holy Spirit. He then takes you into a higher dimension of God's Presence. It is a more perfect expression of worship because it is spirit to Spirit. However, worshippers or worship leaders can often miss the timing or leading of the Holy Spirit in this.
Most musicians and worship leaders plan for a transition or a bridge between songs. A transition usually consists of a bar or two of notes or chords that lead to the next song. It may include a key change as well. This is often the entrance place for the Holy Spirit to insert an inspired prophetic song understood in the language of the people or a song in an unknown language. This insertion, if followed by the worship leader and musicians can bring an open heaven over the meeting. It can release the supernatural Presence of God. Prophetic and Angelic ministry can be released during this time. However, some leaders miss this because they are afraid to lose control or maybe uncertain about what is happening. Some musicians can put a cap on what the Holy Spirit is trying to do by continuing to play the music of the last song or move too quickly to the next song they had cued up on their list. This stifles the flow of the Holy Spirit. I have seen vocalists in a worship group/band follow the Holy Spirit into a prophetic song or song of the Spirit and then have to stop that flow because the musicians were pegged to the music on the list. The opposite can also occur. Musicians can come under this anointing to prophesy on their instruments and have the vocalist shut it down. I can recall examples of both scenarios happening. So all worship team members need to talk about how to respond and what to do when the Holy Spirit inserts spontaneous prophetic songs or songs of the Spirit into the set. As a worship team they need a lead person and that lead person needs to set some guidelines and prompts for the band to follow to allow the Holy Spirit freedom in this area. A musician(s) need to play a few simple chords to accompany the vocalist if the vocalist is leading in a prophetic song of the Spirit. Likewise the vocalist can give room for the musicians to have a Holy Ghost lead jam session. Both if directed by the Holy Spirit can release the Presence and power of God.
Honest mistakes will be made and the Holy Spirit will work around that. Intentional disobedience will not receive the same kind of grace for long.
I have been in worship settings were leaders were sensitive to the Holy Spirit and they were not only ready for His move but they embraced His leading. The release of the Holy Spirit's power was so powerful. People were overwhelmed in some cases and could not stand in His Presence. Others were instantly healed while others received visions and prophetic encounters with God. Angels began to minister to people in these settings. In some of those settings Angels were seen by many (adults and children). People felt unseen hands placed on them. This is what can happen when worship takes that shift from great worship into a Holy Spirit lead prophetic expression that releases heaven. I have seen vocalists and musicians become so saturated with His Presence and power that they shook under His power. Some fell to the stage floor and went into trances and visions that changed their whole destiny.
Let's bring it on in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Now, what is so wonderful about this is that it works in your private place of prayer and worship. Let the Holy Spirit lead you into the same dimension. Sing and prophesy in the Spirit. Prophecy: Ascent into His Glory - Keith Paul
Change is coming. As a prophetic voice, I predict the arrival of a new season. A time of God's glory manifesting in unprecedented ways. God is inviting any who will come; to come up into His glory. That ascent will lead to knowing the reality of His Presence and in turn bring transformation. Are you ready? Are you searching? This article will help you to come up into the glory of God's Presence.
Ascending into the glory of God is about knowledge and relationship. Those who have followed my previous articles, understand that I clearly advocate that one can only come into personal relationship with God our Creator through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Information about that is found on our website. The glory I speak of will be experienced, received and be released into His people. God revealed His glory to one of the ancient patriarchs. As God caused His Presence to pass before Moses in Exodus the 34th chapter, God proclaimed His attributes before this leader. His glory is not some mystical cloud or substance. It is not some phenomena filled with energy or radiance. We often think of this as being His glory but these outward displays are the packaging, not the content. His glory is contained in His attributes.
Jesus through His teaching gift, often used parables to illustrate spiritual revelation. Revelation that would help people to understand God. It is the same with manifestations of any kind. They are the packaging delivering the content or the awareness of God's attributes to us. When God brings us into greater glory in the coming season, the focus will shift from the packaging to the attributes of God.
In the process of seeking and knowing God, you need to let Him reveal Himself without getting distracted by the delivery of that revelation. People respond differently in the Presence of God. Some cry, some shake and some involuntarily fall down. Others experience trances, visions, prophetic encounters and dreams. God has been known to do unusual things such as; causing gold like substance to appear on people, causing jewels to fall and manna like bread to appear. There is also the manifestations of supernatural gifts from the Holy Spirit, which come forth from God's people. In almost all these activities, these manifestations are the packaging through which God is wanting people to receive revelation of who He is so they can know Him. I see many that become distracted and even infatuated with the supernatural packaging. Distracted so much, that they completely miss the God who is there making Himself available. I find it equally sad that many immediately want to exploit these same manifestations. I do understand that God wants to draw people to Himself. Supernatural signs with wonders do that. He however, does not want people to make an idol of the very things He is using to communicate with. I want supernatural signs with wonders and His gifts to flow through my life. I want that, so that people will know the reality of who He is.
Let me address areas such as methodology that are scriptural, word based activities. For instance, leading people in a prayer of repentance, salvation or some other response before God. These too are simply a means to achieve an end. Their purpose is to lead participants into relationship and personal knowledge of God. God will use these and I fully endorse their legitimate use. They are the packaging that delivers the content.
Man's nature constantly reverts to rules, structures, methods and procedure. Bible reading, prayer and evangelism are all important in their proper place. However, when these good things do not result in communion with God for some one, then these good things are only religious forms. We never want to “throw out the baby with the bath water.” God is calling us up higher so let's refocus on the relationship with Him and not let the manifestations distract us. Embrace Biblical manifestations and embrace God who is revealing Himself in and through them.
God wants to take you up higher into a higher place. Into a relationship where you become saturated with Him. Into a place where you take on His attributes. Ascending into His glory will reverse falling short of His glory. An ancient prophet called Habakkuk (see Habakkuk 2:14) spoke of this era. He predicted “that the knowledge of the glory of the Lord would cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.” The season is arriving, when the knowledge of God's glory will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. This level of glory will manifest through His people. The term “sea” is a prophetic symbol of His people and we are moving into that level of covering.
Yes, there will be a distinction made among those serving God. It is happening now. Some will not ascend into the invitation from God. Lack of interest, settling for the familiar or busyness could rob you of experiencing more of God. However, the invitation is being offered. The Holy Spirit will take you to this place, if you long for it and trust Him to do it.
Now, let me conclude by telling you how to ascend. Make sure you have clean hands and a pure heart. If you don't, then forgiveness and cleansing is available through faith in Jesus, When this purity is established, you simply draw near to God. He will in turn take you up and that's where you absorb His glory. Spend time with Him at any cost. It is entirely worth whatever sacrifice you think you may need to make.
